The day started pretty early for the 2 of us, circa 5.30am. After Subuh prayers, I packed the last-minute stuff for our honeymoon getaway later in the afternoon.
“Collin & Craig arrived yesterday evening and were picked up at the airport by Collin’s buddy from school – Fei. The sorta loaded the fridge with 14kgs of chocolates, double cream and butter. Craig bought tons of strawberry jam for Mom. I still haven’t figured out why Craig brought so many bottles of Nescafe Gold from UK!”

Craig, Collin and I started laying the table cloth around 6.30am. Both Craig & I were taking swigs of coffee to stay awake. Finally done (7am) after taking 10 minutes trying to figure out which table cloth went where!

Mai’s make-up people arrived around 7.30am; 8.00am Koon Meng & Jin Lup (the photogs) arrived. Next to pop round were Mai’s bff. That was the last I saw of Mai before she was made up by Is & Faisal.
I dashed off to change, managed to get a sneek peek of my wife… as relatives started pouring in at 9am.
